Wanloo Seller & Provider Annex (Plain-Language Template, Pending Legal Review)

This annex applies to sellers in the Wanloo Shop and providers in the Wanloo Services marketplace who list goods or services through the platform.

Your obligations. You must accurately describe your goods or services, hold any licence or certification the law requires, fulfil orders and appointments you accept, and comply with the consumer-protection law of every province or territory where you sell.

Commissions and payouts. Wanloo charges the commission disclosed in your seller or provider dashboard at the time of listing; commissions are deducted before payout, and payout schedules are shown in your dashboard.

Insurance. You must hold and maintain commercial general liability insurance (and, for veterinary or medical services, professional liability insurance) appropriate to your goods or services, and provide proof of coverage on request.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Wanloo harmless against claims, losses, or damages arising from your goods, your services, your acts or omissions, or your breach of this annex, including claims by a buyer or client.

Standing. Wanloo may suspend or remove a listing, seller, or provider that breaches this annex, misrepresents credentials, or receives repeated safety complaints.
