Wanloo Shop Annex (Plain-Language Template, Pending Legal Review)

This annex applies when you buy goods through the Wanloo Shop and supplements the Master Terms. For goods sold by a third-party seller through the Shop, Wanloo acts as merchant of record: we process your payment and are responsible to you as the seller of record for the sale itself.

Producer and responsibility. Where the goods are made or supplied by a third-party seller, that seller is the producer of the goods and is responsible for their safety, description accuracy, and quality; Wanloo remains responsible to you as merchant of record for the sale.

Returns and refunds. You may return eligible goods within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, following the return instructions on your order. Nothing here removes your statutory right to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or matching their description, under the consumer-protection and sale-of-goods law of the province or territory where you reside.

Warranty pass-through. Any warranty offered by the manufacturer or the third-party seller is passed through to you in full; Wanloo does not reduce or replace that warranty, and your implied statutory warranties continue to apply alongside it.

Pricing and availability. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change before your order is confirmed; we will tell you the final price before you pay.

Delivery. We ship to the address you provide; delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
