Wanloo Services Annex (Plain-Language Template, Pending Legal Review)

This annex applies when you book a grooming, veterinary, boarding, walking, or other service through the Wanloo Services marketplace. Wanloo operates the booking marketplace that connects you with independent, verified service providers ("Providers").

Who delivers the service. The provider — not Wanloo — delivers this service; Wanloo is not liable for the provider's acts or omissions. Your service contract is directly between you and the Provider; Wanloo is not a party to that contract and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee the service.

Booking and cancellation. Cancellation windows and fees are shown at booking time and are set by the Provider, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection law of the province or territory where you reside.

Verification. Wanloo takes reasonable steps to verify a Provider's credentials and insurance before listing them, but verification is not a guarantee of the quality or safety of any specific appointment.

Your pet's safety. You remain responsible for disclosing your pet's health, behaviour, and any special needs to the Provider before the appointment.
