About

Just look at that face! Daisy is a beautiful brown tabby-and-white girl who certainly knows how to wear her colours. But beyond that gorgeous outfit is a sweet, gentle little lady who has been quietly winning us over at the shelter.Daisy came into our care after being left outside a veterinary clinic in a carrier. She wasn’t sick, and there was nothing wrong with her. Someone left her in a place where she would hopefully be found and brought to safety. We may never know why Daisy was left behind, but we do know she deserves so much more than being abandoned.Understandably, Daisy was terrified when she first arrived. The shelter was a big, scary change, and she needed time to feel safe. But with gentle pets, a little patience, and some delicious treats, this girl slowly began to let her guard down. And look at her now! Daisy has become much more comfortable and is quick to come out to greet staff and visitors. She enjoys affection, happily shows off her beautiful markings, and reminds us that sometimes the shyest beginnings lead to the sweetest little friendships.Of course, every lady has her favourites, and Daisy's include Temptations and creamy cat treats! Churu, Catit Creamy, and Temptations Lickables have all made her list of approved snacks.Consider yourself warned:you may need to stock upDaisy is a quiet, tidy girl who keeps her kennel lovely and carries herself with the grace of a proper little lady. One thing she'd prefer to leave behind at the shelter? Other cats. Daisy isn't particularly fond of sharing her space with feline roommates, so she'd be happiest as your one and only cat. It's likely that she hasn't had much exposure to cats in her pastNow all Daisy needs is a home where she can feel safe, settle in at her own pace, and enjoy the simple pleasures of a comfortable life with people who adore her.A beautiful girl, a sweet personality, and a treat order that practically writes itself. Daisy is ready to leave her uncertain past behind Please call our east shelter 416 338-7539
