Tom doesn't quite understand personal space yet, and is a lot of dog at a solid 35kg. Because of his massive size and over-the-top energy, Tom may be a bit too obnoxious for smaller animals, so he would do best as the king of his castle or with larger, matching-energy dogs who can handle his play style.
