Young, handsome, and weighing just 9 lbs, Yuki is a lovely little brown tabby who has found himself in a situation he clearly isn't enjoying.Yuki was found meowing at someone's back door, seemingly in distress. He appeared to be someone's pet who had somehow gotten lost, but unfortunately, his family hasn't been found.Shelter life has been a lot for this boy. The unfamiliar smells, strange noises, barking dogs, and other cats have left him feeling pretty overwhelmed. Yuki is scared and unsure of his surroundings, and he's not quite ready to show us who he really is just yet.We suspect there's a big softie underneath all those nerves, but Yuki will need the right home to bring that side out.He's looking for a quiet home with people who have had cats before and understand that some cats need more time to adjust than others. No expectations of instant cuddles or an outgoing personality right away â just patience, a calm environment, and the opportunity to settle in at his own pace.Yuki has had enough excitement for a while.
