I'm Snow, a gentle giant with a heart full of love. Once I trust you, I'll be your most loyal and affectionate best friend.Life as a stray wasn't easy for me. I was attacked by street dogs many times, and one attack left me with severe injuries to my paw and leg. It was so frightening that I became scared of other dogs and even stopped wanting to go outside. Thankfully, I was rescued and brought somewhere safe, where I've slowly started learning that not everyone wants to hurt me.I'm a very sweet, gentle, and sensitive boy who loves people once I get to know them. When I first meet someone, I'm usually shy and keep my distance until I know I'm safe. Once I trust you, my affectionate side shines through, and I love being close to my people.Although I now live with many friendly dogs, I still find them overwhelming because of my past experiences. Most of the time, I prefer to relax in a quiet corner where I feel secure. The only dog I truly enjoy playing with is my friend Sukar. I also adore cats and get along wonderfully with them.My dream home is a calm, quiet one with patient and understanding people who will give me the time I need to build confidence. I would do best as the only dog in the home, where I can feel safe and relaxed without the stress of other dogs. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live.While most dogs find escorting passengers flying directly to Vancouver, some will find flights through Toronto or Montreal. In that case, additional fees will apply to fly your dog to Vancouver by cargo. Unaccompanied cargo costs within Canada range from $350 - $550 depending on the size of the dog. LALDR will be as transparent as possible with you regarding these costs. You will NOT be asked to pay a passenger fee on top of the cargo fee.[MID-EAST] *Vaccinations: Dogs from the Middle East are vaccinated for rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, adenovirus type 1 and para-influenza. Bordetella is not given, as that has not been a problem in the Middle East.[TURKEY] Dogs from Turkey receive a 4D SNAP test to include Leishmania, Heartworm, Ehrlichia, & Anaplasma, as well as Giardia, Parvo, Corona & Distemper.
